EXCHANGE POLICY
At Echo Jewels, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your jewelry, we’re here to help. Please read our exchange policy below to understand the process and requirements for exchanging your items.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Timeframe: Requests for exchanges must be made within 15 Days of the purchase date.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your exchange request.
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for an exchange.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged. These include:
- Customized or Engraved Jewelry: Any jewelry that has been personalized cannot be exchanged.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.
3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@echojewels.ca,mentioning your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Approval: Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Processing Your Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your exchange. If the item is in eligible condition, you can select a replacement item of equal or lesser value.
- Exchange for Different Product: If you wish to exchange for a different item, any price difference will need to be settled (if applicable).
- Exchange Processing Time: Exchanges typically take 5-7 business days to process after the item is received.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or provide an alternative solution, such as store credit, at no additional cost.
